Video: Biden Suffers Major Slip Up Where He Implies Kamala Will be President ‘Pretty Soon’
President Biden welcomed members of professional women’s basketball team the Seattle Storm to the White House on Monday to celebrate their 2020 championship, recognizing them for inspiring women and girls and engaging in advocacy work off the court.
Biden noted that three of the Storm’s players — Sue Bird, Jewell Loyd and Breanna Stewart — also represented the U.S. in Tokyo this year as members of the Olympic team.
After marveling at the team’s work last season, he recognized the players for undertaking efforts to encourage vaccines, advocate for racial justice and voting rights, and protect transgender people.
And just when we thought that Biden will go one press conference without a gaffe or a slip we had to reconsider our opinion!
Well, it’s happened yet again, folks…Biden is referring to Kamala Harris as president.
Perhaps this was a Freudian slip considering the absolute mess he’s created in Afghanistan and maybe he knows the end of his reign is near.
While delivering a speech Biden stated that Kamala was in Asia for him and then oddly stated that we’re going to have some presidents pretty soon.
Biden said:
“[Kamala] happens to be in Asia for me right now, but that’s why we have a female Vice President of the United States of America, who’s gonna be, we’re gonna have some [female] presidents pretty soon,” Biden said.
