New York Sues Trump And His Family, Alleging Illegal Activity
It always takes a Republican to fix all of the democrat messes. President Donald J. Trump making America Great Again as promised.
While Obama just shrugged his shoulders and made excuses, Trump is showing what he is doing and he is winning big time.
This is something that can’t be reported by the MSM but they can report all the negativity that they are making up just to destroy President Trump and his family!
The New York Attorney General has sued Donald Trump, the Trump Foundation, Donald Trump Jr, Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump on the grounds that they took advantage of their positions within the Trump Foundation and acted on their own interests instead of the charity’s.
The lawsuit alleges illegal activity that took place over more than a decade, including “extensive unlawful political coordination with the Trump presidential campaign, repeated and willful self-dealing transactions to benefit Mr. Trump’s personal and business interests, and violations of basic legal obligations for non-profit foundations.”
“As our investigation reveals, the Trump Foundation was little more than a checkbook for payments from Mr. Trump or his businesses to nonprofits, regardless of their purpose or legality,” Underwood said in a statement. “This is not how private foundations should function and my office intends to hold the Foundation and its directors accountable for its misuse of charitable assets.”
The attorney general is seeking to dissolve the foundation under court supervision and obtain restitution of $2.8 million, plus additional penalties.

Ths same thing was really done by the Clinton Foundation but nobody ever said anything. Chelsea gets a job there right out of college at almost one million dollars per. The Clinton Foundation also paid over two million for Chelsea’s wedding out of foundation money. Typical liberal Attorney General.
