Coronavirus Or Deadly Bird Flu Threat – U.S. CBP Seized A Package Of Dead Birds In A Chinese Passenger’s Bag
If the coronavirus is a real thing, and I assume it is, why are we letting planes from China land here?? They shouldn’t be able to come to the US at this time.
Well, that could have been done a few years ago but now it would be a racist thing to do.
Our mainstream media doesn’t care about our health they care about not offending any race.
As infectious disease specialists and epidemiologists race to contain the outbreak of the novel coronavirus centered on Wuhan, China, they’re getting back up that’s been possible only since the explosion in genetic technologies: a deep-dive into the DNA of the virus known as COVID-19.
Analyses of the viral genome are already providing clues to the origins of the outbreak and even possible ways to treat the infection, a need that is becoming more urgent by the day.
Also in the shadow of the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak, a deadly disease has emerged in chickens in a Chinese province near the epicenter of the outbreak.
According to the South China Morning Post, China’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs reported an animal outbreak of the often fatal H5N1 bird flu in thousands of chickens in the Hunan province, which borders the Hubei province to the south.
“The farm has 7,850 chickens, and 4,500 of the chickens have died from the contagion. Local authorities have culled 17,828 poultry after the outbreak,” a statement by China’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs said on February 1.
Because of this urgent situation the birds from China, according to CBP officials, are prohibited for import due to the potential threat of highly pathogenic avian influenza. The avian products were seized on behalf of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and destroyed by incineration, with USDA approval.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) specialists recently seized a package of tiny dead birds — yes, you read that correctly — in a passenger’s baggage at Dulles International Airport.
According to officials, the traveler arrived on a flight from Beijing, China on Jan. 27, 2020 where the traveler’s final destination was to a residence in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
During a baggage examination, CBP specialists discovered a package with pictures of a cat and dog that the passenger said was ‘cat food.’ The package, according to officials, contained a bunch of unknown small birds, about 2.5 to 3.5 inches in length.

It’s good that our scientists are far better than those in China because the first person in the US to catch the coronavirus was successfully treated in Washington state and returned home late last week.
Dr. George Diaz, a section chief for infectious diseases at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett joined Arthel Neville on FOX News on Sunday morning to discuss the successful treatment of the center’s coronavirus patient. Dr. Diaz told FOX News.
“About a week into his course he got worse developed pneumonia. At that point given the reports we had gotten out of China… At that point we elected to give him… the experimental Remdesivir, antiviral medication. And within 24 hours he improved significantly. This was quite encouraging and he improved and thereafter remained without fever and felt much better. Over the next few days he improved to where we thought he could be discharged at home under the care of the local health district.”
Dr. Diaz then added that authorities in China and have recently opened a large clinical trial of Chinese patients looking at those with severe disease as well as those with mild to moderate disease.
On Monday Dr. Siegel confirmed that the Remdesivir treatment shows tremendous promise and the results were noticed within hours. Dr. Siegel also mentioned two other treatments that are showing promise. In Thailand they are showing an HIV drug with a flu drug and that is showing promise. And a third treatment is the use of antibodies to target the virus.
The Washington state treatment with the Anti-viral Drug Remdesivir shows particular promise.
This is very good news for China too.
