JUST IN: Police Seize James O’Keefe’s Guns After He Shared Too Much Truth – Judge Who Signed the Order Violated 2nd and 4th Amendments
Just when you think the left couldn’t get any more desperate or unhinged, they pull this. James O’Keefe—the guy who’s spent years ripping the mask off corporate media lies, Big Tech censorship, and Democrat corruption—had police show up at his office and confiscate every one of his firearms. No arrest. No crime. Just “too much truth” apparently.
O’Keefe posted it himself Friday afternoon: “The police just came to my office and confiscated all my firearms. Just happened.”
He followed up with a photo of the seizure:
This wasn’t some random raid. This was a red-flag law hit job in Florida.
On Tweet summed it up perfectly: “This is what happens when you share too much of the truth. The judge that signed that order violated the 2d and 4th amendments. Any law repugnant to the Constitution is null and void. Good night! And WPB Police, personally.”
He added: “TRO abuse is a crime @GovRonDeSantis. Anyone who falsely claims a red flag violation should be charged with a felony. Full stop. This is EXACTLY why I was against red flag laws in FL, even after Parkland.”
A judge in West Palm Beach signed off on a Temporary Restraining Order that led straight to the gun grab. The same judge who, according to people in the courtroom, ignored video evidence of O’Keefe’s accuser literally threatening to kill him while shooting bullets through his photo. Witnesses said it was the other guy who was the actual threat. Didn’t matter. The order went through anyway.
Let me say it plain: Any law repugnant to the Constitution is null and void. The 2nd Amendment doesn’t say “except when a judge feels like it.” The 4th doesn’t say “unless it’s a conservative journalist exposing the regime.” This is raw political weaponization dressed up as “public safety.”
O’Keefe isn’t some hothead with a rap sheet. He’s the founder of Project Veritas and now O’Keefe Media Group—the man who caught Google execs admitting they’d rig searches, Big Pharma pushing experimental shots, and election officials bending rules. Every time he drops another video, the establishment squirms. So they found a way to disarm him. Classic.
Red flag laws sound reasonable on paper—“keep guns away from dangerous people.” But in practice, they’re a blank check for personal vendettas, political payback, and due-process-free confiscation. One anonymous tip, one spiteful ex, one activist judge, and boom—your constitutional rights evaporate while the real threats walk free.
This is the same playbook the radical left has used against President Trump for years: lawfare, selective prosecution, endless investigations designed to bankrupt and silence anyone who fights back. Trump warned us they’d come for our guns, our speech, our elections. He’s taken every slings and arrow they’ve thrown—and he’s still standing, still fighting for the forgotten men and women of this country.
West Palm Beach PD, the judge who signed this garbage order, and whoever cooked up the false claim all need to be held accountable. Florida should lead the charge to repeal or seriously reform these red-flag statutes before more Americans lose their God-given rights. Gov. DeSantis, you’ve got the ball.
