The footage from a Port Authority surveillance camera monitor shows commuters walking through a narrow hall on the way to the A, C and E train moments before the blast.
“It’s the guy in the hoodie,” one off-camera voice can be heard saying, referring to the suspect as he enters the frame.
Then, an apparent explosion can be seen, knocking down commuters as a ball of smoke rushes down the passageway toward the camera.
As the dust clears, a single body can be seen lying on the floor.
If your goal is to kill a lot of Americans, a New York City bus terminal during Monday morning rush hour is a prime target. Naturally. Fortunately for all of us, this suicide bomber sucks at life and managed to only injure himself.
The man was an ISIS-inspired Bangladeshi national set off a homemade explosive device at the Port Authority Bus Terminal subway station Monday morning, law enforcement sources said.
The man partially detonated the device, which he was carrying in the right side of his jacket, prematurely inside the passageway to the A, C, and E trains at 8th Avenue and W. 42ndStreet at around 7:40 a.m., sources said.
Police took the man into custody.
Former NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton told MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that the man was inspired by ISIS and originally from Bangladesh.
So far, reports indicate the ISIS fanboy did little aside from hurt himself. Two other bystanders suffered minor injuries.
Looks like President Trump was right again about Sanctuary Cities.
While President Trump tries to keep out terrorists, the Democrats fight to let them in.
Thanks a lot, Hawaii, California, Minnesota, Washington and the other terrorist loving states.
