THOMAS MASSIE FILES: New Bombshell Drops — And It Gets Worse and Worse for the Kentucky Congressman

Axios just dropped the hammer on Thomas Massie — and it’s not pretty.

The outlet confirmed the $60,000 settlement and NDA that Cynthia West claimed Massie offered her after she rejected his alleged sexual pressure. They spoke directly with both Massie’s office and West, and the documents check out.

But that’s not even the worst part.

According to the new reporting, Massie allegedly threatened West in person at a Cracker Barrel in Kentucky. Axios also notes that West said she couldn’t stay silent even with the money because she had “issues with transparency and accountability” — the exact things Massie loves to lecture everyone else about.

And here’s where it gets even uglier: West was reportedly fired after she pushed back against Rep. Victoria Spartz hiring a non-citizen as a district director for a role tied to Ukraine. That’s not exactly the “America First” stance Massie claims to champion.

The settlement, the NDA, the in-person threat at the restaurant — it’s all there in black and white. West turned down the cash and the silence deal, then went public anyway. She’s being treated like a hero by a lot of people right now for refusing to be bought off.

More in the video below:

This is the same Thomas Massie who’s spent years screaming for full Epstein file transparency, railing against the deep state, and positioning himself as the ultimate anti-swamp outsider. Now his ex-girlfriend is on record saying he slid into her DMs just months after his wife died, pressured her into sexual behavior she wanted no part of, got her a staffer job, then fired her and tried to pay her to shut up when she said no.

The hypocrisy is off the charts.

Massie built his brand on being the principled libertarian who calls out corruption and demands sunlight on everything. Yet when it came to his own alleged behavior, the response was allegedly threats, bribes, and firing the woman who wouldn’t play along.

Cynthia West isn’t backing down. She’s speaking out, and the more details that come out, the worse this looks for the Kentucky congressman. Whether you like Massie’s voting record or not, this kind of personal conduct from someone who lectures the rest of us about integrity is a massive problem.

The American people are tired of politicians who talk a big game about transparency and America First values while living by a completely different set of rules behind closed doors. If these allegations hold up — and Axios just verified the money and the NDA — then Massie owes the public a lot more than a vague denial.

This story is still developing, but it’s getting uglier by the hour. The man who demanded everyone else be held accountable is now facing the same spotlight he loves to shine on others.

We’ll keep following it. The truth always comes out eventually.
