US President Donald Trump landed in Davos on Thursday morning for his two-day visit to the World Economic Forum (WEF), where he will deliver a speech on Friday.
The president took off from Andrews Air Force base outside of Washington, D.C. on Wednesday evening local time.
Trump, much of whose base back home views the meeting as a conference of global elitists, is expected to meet with world leaders, attend a reception, host a dinner for European business executives and give a keynote address Friday.
Trump should not expect a warm welcome after spending much of his first year as president pushing the pro-America agenda, in rhetoric as well as trade policy. Even before his arrival, world leaders signaled veiled displeasure with the American president’s policies.
We all know that the reason for this is because America is having huge economic boom and we finally have President that put America First!
One disgusting banner showed how the people of Switzerland feel about his attendance:
ein Team von 7 KlettererInnen hat heute mit Erfolg eine starke Botschaft an Donald Trump gesendet. Sie haben die 60 Meter lange Botschaft: Trump not welcome! in die Wand des Elhorns bei Sargans gehängt, währenddem die 8 Helikopter von Trump vorbeiflogen. #WEF2018 @wef pic.twitter.com/nbNgAbRWjI

This banner, hung on a mountainside by the Campax nonprofit, makes it clear that Trump’s policy of making America great again is not liked by this organization!
In a statement, Campax condemned Trump’s “racism, Islamophobia, anti-Semitism, sexism, hostility towards women, warfare, denial of climate change, attacks on human rights and a policy that deepens poverty and inequality.”
Are they for real? They probably watch CNN so they missed all the thing our President made last year!
