Internet Sleuths Allege That Biden Said: “I’m Introducing A Presidential Memo To Reinvigorate Our Leadership On The LGBTQIA Issues (Video)

Joe Biden delivered remarks at the State Department on U.S. diplomacy and global challenges. He began his remarks by declaring “America is back, America is back.

Diplomacy is back, at the center of our foreign policy,” and later speaking about rebuilding alliances that have “atrophied over the past few years of neglect, and I would argue abuse.”

The president said he had spoken to President Putin of Russia, saying they have reached an agreement to preserve the START Treaty, and that the days of America “rolling over” to Russia are done, and that the United States “will not hesitate to raise the cost on Russia.”

President Biden also spoke about halting troop withdrawals from Germany, working to end the war in Yemen, and restoring the refugee admission program.

He wanted to present himself as a savior of the LGBTQ community.

Biden announced he would issue a presidential memorandum to agencies “to reinvigorate our leadership on the LGBTQI issues, and do it internationally” as part of an effort “to further repair our moral leadership.”
“We’ll ensure diplomacy and foreign assistance are working to promote the rights of those individuals included by combating criminalization and protecting LGBTQ refugees and asylum seekers,” Biden said.

Some internet sleuths claim that he said LGBTQIA but we can’t confirm this from the video.

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning, and Intersex or short LGBTQI (as defined by the University of Akron Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Union.

But did Joe Biden know this or he made another political gaffe is hard to tell because a few moments later, he wanted to say only LGBT.

A political gaffe is an error in a speech made by a politician. According to Barack Obama, it is used by the press to describe any maladroit phrase by a candidate that reveals ignorance, carelessness, fuzzy thinking, insensitivity, malice, boorishness, falsehood, or hypocrisy – or is simply deemed to veer sufficiently far from the conventional wisdom to make said candidate vulnerable to attack.

That’s the definition but Biden has a lot of experience in making them!
