Liberal Pastor Tries to Shame Trump – His Fiery Comeback Will Leave You Speechless! (Video)

Bishop Mariann Budde used her platform at the National Prayer Service to lecture President Trump and Vice President JD Vance, urging them to reconsider their firm stances on securing the border, deporting criminal illegal aliens, and enforcing immigration laws. Budde framed her plea as a call for “mercy,” but her tone was anything but kind.

“The vast majority of immigrants are not criminals. They pay taxes and are good neighbors…may I ask you to have mercy, Mr. President, on those in our communities whose children fear their parents will be taken away,” Budde said, attempting to tug at heartstrings.

While Trump remained quiet during and after the service:

His response came later—and it was fiery. On Truth Social, the president torched Budde’s remarks, labeling her a “Radical Left hard-line Trump hater.” Trump didn’t hold back, criticizing her tone and highlighting the real consequences of illegal immigration. “She failed to mention the large number of illegal migrants that came into our Country and killed people. Many were deposited from jails and mental institutions. It is a giant crime wave that is taking place in the USA,” he wrote.

Trump added a final blow, calling the service “boring and uninspiring,” and slammed Budde for being “not very good at her job.”

The incident sparked debate on CNN, where Budde doubled down, but Trump supporters were quick to respond.

CNN’s Scott Jennings didn’t mince words, quipping that Budde’s sermon was what happens when “Wokescopalians” hijack a traditional event to push political agendas.

Trump’s message was clear: the American people chose a president committed to putting America first. As Trump himself said, “We won, and you lost.”

Since she brought politics into the pulpit, the very first thing the gov should do is revoke her tax free status, (because of the politics which is not allowed). Let her feel the wake of her ignorant actions. Maybe her god will rain a bucket of money on her to pay her bills for her… NOT

Hmmm…you’d think they would have gotten a Christian minister to preach at the National Prayer Service.

Of course she’s on CNN for her 15 minutes of fame. She succeeded only in making a fool of herself. I imagine her parishioners are all heavy left.

In the New Testament, Paul said women should remain silent in church. We need to bring that back.
