Left-Wing Congressman Spins The Tax Bill… Immediately Gets Destroyed!
Liberal California Congressman Ted Lieu firmly opposed President Trump’s tax reform package. But his excuse for his “no” vote on Trump’s tax reform will make your jaw drop. Now, Lieu blames “human nature” because he thinks poor people will get jealous of other people’s tax cuts.
As soon as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act passed, Lieu took it on the social media. On his Twitter account, he laid out a scenario where one person who only got a $380 tax cut will get angry if she finds out someone else got a $200,000 tax cut. He then noted that a man from California will get upset that he might get a tax hike “for residing in CA.”
GOP underestimates how people feel when they know others got a better deal. If Sally gets a tax cut of $380 but others get $200,000, she will be upset. Not shocked at all by anything this guy says. Lieu’s reasoning is so flawed and stupid. He is yet another proof California turns out to have some pretty useless politicians. He really should take a math class and understand it’s all about percentages, not dollars!

Hey Ted, how about the “human nature” reaction of hard working tax paying US citizens that have to go without health insurance, while illegal aliens come in and sign up for the full boat of welfare, food stamps, college assistance and free healthcare?
For your information, welfare makes working people jealous! Standing in a grocery line their food looks better than mine!
