Everyone has choices in life. Some pick bad ones and blame the country. The left keeps digging their graves deeper and deeper…
The NFL National Anthem protest left a mark everywhere and on everyone. Apparently, Fox Sports co-host Shannon Sharpe was no exception. On Friday’s episode of “Undisputed,” Sharpe completely lost it on air during a discussion about NFL players who have chosen to participate in the anthem protests.
Sharpe went so far and spew negative comments about the American flag. The longer he talked the more ignorant he got! Then, he took it to another level and called the American flag a “piece of cloth” that “nobody fights for.”
“You keep telling me that the flag means so much and it’s opportunity and freedom and liberty. OK. Can you honestly say that everybody in America has freedom and liberties and opportunity,” he asked.
Then the former Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens player said something truly disgusting.
“[W]e know what the anthem was originally written for and who it was written by, OK?”
He continued: “When did this narrative come to be that the military and the police own the flag and only them? I can go buy a flag and I can hang it up in my backyard. We need to stop this, Skip … the flag is a piece of cloth and nobody fights for a piece of cloth.”
Sharpe is not so sharp…. he’s an idiot!! The flag is not a pair of jeans.
This guy is really not that smart. He seems to be talking out of his a*s at this point. I knew this NFL thing would come up to this. I mean the left is trying to label EVERYTHING racist now. What rights and privileges do black NOT have? No one is oppressed anymore, there is no systemic racism. The American flag symbolizes honor, bravery, liberty, freedom, and patriotism. It has nothing to do with race or politics in general.
