Caught on ‘60 Minutes’: Tim Walz’s Lies Leave His Face Looking Like He’s Dying Inside (Videos)
Well, folks, if you caught the recent “60 Minutes” interviews with Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, you know it was like watching a train wreck—hard to look away, but you’re not sure whether to laugh or cry. Let’s talk about Walz, the guy who seems to be drowning in a sea of his own lies.
First off, Walz looked like he was about to burst into tears when asked about his military record. Instead of owning up to his past, he deflected like a quarterback in a last-minute game. When asked if he could be trusted to tell the truth, his answer—“I think I can”—sounded like something a kid would say when caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

Seriously, who believes that? It’s like he’s begging us to give him a chance, but all he’s doing is digging his own grave.
And let’s not forget his ridiculous attempt to distance himself from Kamala Harris. When asked what he disagreed with her about, he fumbled around, sounding more like a confused puppy than a politician. You could almost hear the crickets chirping while he scrambled for something—anything—to say. I mean, come on, you’re supposed to be a leader, not some kid who forgot his homework!

Now, let’s get to the juicy part. Walz had the nerve to lie about a family leave policy, claiming it had support from businesses.
Tim Walz claimed on "60 Minutes" that the paid family and medical leave program he signed was "promoted by the business community." The MN Chamber of Commerce says Walz "received thousands of letters from businesses in every corner of the state, urging him to reconsider the… pic.twitter.com/sA62ohIByh

But guess what? The Minnesota Chamber of Commerce came out swinging, saying they were against it! It’s like he’s standing in front of a mirror, pretending everyone loves him while folks in his own state are rolling their eyes. Talk about out of touch!
MN Gov. Tim Walz just said on “60 Minutes” the state’s new paid family and medical leave program was “promoted by the business community.” This went unchallenged. It’s also untrue. The state’s two most influential business organizations opposed it as it passed in 2023 and now. pic.twitter.com/bawHwbxGuj

Just the facts: @GovTimWalz received thousands of letters from businesses in every corner of the state, urging him to reconsider the one-size-fits-all mandate. #mnleghttps://t.co/PBUnOoTM2m https://t.co/rmJV9SPt1r pic.twitter.com/p7WPYqcBna

If Walz thinks he can just sweep these lies under the rug and keep going about his day, he’s got another thing coming. You can’t just lie your way through life and expect folks to keep giving you a pass. The man’s face looked like it was dying inside as he tried to keep up with his own fabrications.
It’s time for us, the good ol’ American people, to demand better from our leaders. We deserve someone who can stand on their own two feet and tell the truth, not a guy who stumbles over his words and makes excuses like a kid caught stealing cookies. If Tim Walz wants to play the political game, he better learn that honesty is the best policy. Otherwise, he’s gonna keep looking like a deer in the headlights, and that ain’t good for anyone.
