Kim Jong Un’s health appears could be more serious than initially believed, according to reports.
Reports emerged earlier this week that Kim was gravely ill following heart surgery, although that has since been disputed. However, Japanese media now claims that Kim is in a vegetative state following a stent procedure.
This news was reported from a Japanese news magazine, which lends more credibility to the possibility that he is really dead.
Reuters reported a medical team was dispatched to North Korea to care for Kim. And yesterday, a senior executive of a Beijing-backed satellite tv station in China said Kim is dead.
The vice director of HKSTV Hong Kong Satellite Television, who is also a niece of the Chinese foreign minister, said a “very solid source” told her that Kim Jong Un had died.
There was no immediate confirmation from North Korea, nor has the report been independently verified as yet by any news media outlets in the western world.
The only thing we really ever know about North Korea is that we can’t ever be sure about what’s happening there, but rumors about Kim’s grave health and possible passing have been circulating for weeks.
When Kim failed to make an appearance on April 15 for the country’s most important holiday which honors the founder of the country (Kim’s late grandfather Kim II Sung), suspicion started building that Kim was sick. April 25 is another major holiday – the 88th anniversary of their armed forces, the Korean People’s Revolutionary Army. As night falls in North Korea, the leader again failed to appear, bringing more people to believe that there may be some truth to the rumors that Kim is dead.
It’s a military anniversary in #NorthKorea on April 25. Not a major milestone year but if #KimJongUn wants to quell rumors about his health, it would be a good occasion to make a public appearance. If he doesn’t, the rumor mill will go into overdrive again. Bracing myself.

As of this writing, the White House and senior officials in the United States government remain tight-lipped about his health and are giving no credence to the rumors.
Today al over social media we have conspiracy theories or reports about North Korea’s leader.
There was also a viral image circulating on social media that claims to show Kim Jong Un lying dead inside a glass coffin. The image’s authenticity cannot be determined.
As we said when it comes to North Korea we can’t be sure, from North Korea pigeons are shot down when they try to cross the border so until their state TV report some official news we can’t be sure what is happening there.
So far we found only claims that the image is fake on Imgur:
Still no official response from North Korea
