US M1 Abrams Battle Tank rolls over an IED (VIDEO)
Long considered the US’s marquee battle tank, the M1 Abrams is well-armed, heavily armored, and designed for modern armored ground warfare.
The M1 Abrams is an American third-generation main battle tank, named after General Creighton Abrams, former Army chief of staff and commander of the United States military forces in the Vietnam War from 1968 to 1972. Weighing nearly 68 tons, it is one of the heaviest main battle tanks in service.
It entered U.S. service in 1980, replacing the M60 tank and remains the principal tank of the United States Army and Marine Corps.
Watch this amazing piece of military equipment roll over a car booby-trapped with an IED in Iraq, demonstrating its nearly indestructible capabilities. None of our servicemen operating inside the M1 Abrams was injured in the blast, thanks to this great feat of engineering.

Thank god for the Abrams our soldiers will always be safe with an equipment like that!
