Judicial Watch director of Investigations and Research, Chris Farrell appeared on FOX News last night to discuss the portion of Huma Abedin’s emails that were released by the State Department yesterday. During the interview, Farrell pointed out how former FBI Director James Comey lied before Congress when discussing the emails in front of Congress.
Farrell insisted that Comey’s testimony to Congress was erroneous.
“…I know that people have been jailed for a fraction, a tiny fraction, of what has now been made public and documented through Judicial Watch’s litigation and so this really cries out for a legitimate investigation being done.
Your earlier clip with Mr. Comey talking about intent is a fraud. There’s no requirement for proving intent under that particular citation I gave you a moment ago. The intent is irrelevant. The fact that the loss or the mishandling of the national defense information occurred – that’s the crime.”
Farrell added: “Frankly, these documents confirm the foundation for an indictment of Comey and [Peter] Strzok, the investigator who is at the center of this entire nightmare of a security problem. He was in the middle of basically running this investigation and looking through that laptop, in fact, the fact that we didn’t know that then, right before the election is that grounds, now for the Justice Department to say we need to reopen, there needs to be a criminal investigation?”
The possession, transmission, and failing to secure these documents are all federal crimes that do not require intent. Why hasn’t someone been prosecuted? Any member of the @FBI, @TheJusticeDept or #DOD would’ve been prosecuted in a second for a violation that substantial. https://t.co/cYFOf6kqsQ

Comey lost all credibility when he wrote a ‘conclusion’ to his so-called investigation before ever interviewing Hillary and many other witnesses. He contradicted himself many times. He said he’d never been pressured…then said he was pressured. He said the Potus could fire him for ANY reason…then said he questioned Trump’s reasoning and that’s why he supported a special counsel. What a joke. This man subverted the rule of law in America. I wait patiently to see if he will reap the whirlwind.
Anybody that covered it up must bear the consequences. Anybody that had the knowledge and turned the other cheek. This is treasonous behavior and will not be tolerated by these sumbitches any longer!
