Deep State Panic: Tulsi Gabbard Issues Criminal Referrals Against Two Key Figures in the Trump Impeachment Plot
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard just dropped a massive bombshell that explains exactly why the Deep State has been gunning for her since Day One.
In a major document release this week, Gabbard declassified files that the intelligence community deliberately hid from President Trump’s lawyers during the 2019 impeachment hoax. These records show the so-called “Ukraine whistleblower” complaint was built on nothing but hearsay, political bias, and sloppy spycraft — textbook exculpatory evidence that was buried to railroad Trump.
The whistleblower — identified as **Eric Ciaramella** — had zero firsthand evidence, openly worked with then-Vice President Joe Biden, was a registered Democrat, and even his own colleagues admitted the complaint was weak. One of those colleagues had helped produce the flawed 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment that fueled the entire Russia-collusion lie.
Now Gabbard has taken the next step: she has formally issued criminal referrals to the Department of Justice against two key players in the plot:
– **Eric Ciaramella** — the Ukraine whistleblower whose complaint triggered the first impeachment.
– **Michael Atkinson** — the former Intelligence Community Inspector General who rushed the complaint to Congress.
The ODNI’s general counsel wrote in the referral:

This is the real reason the Deep State and the corporate media despise Tulsi Gabbard. She’s not just another swamp creature — she’s the one exposing their coordinated conspiracy against a sitting president. They spent years trying to destroy Trump with a fake whistleblower, a fake dossier, and a fake impeachment. Now the woman Trump trusted to clean house at the top of the intelligence community is shining a light on all of it.
The same people who cheered the Russia hoax and the two impeachments are suddenly very quiet. Because when the truth finally comes out, the real criminals aren’t the ones they spent four years targeting.

Why would anyone be panicking? I know Pammy is gone from DOJ, but there’s no evidence anything has really changed. Until I see otherwise, I believe these referrals will get buried under a pile of other papers that nobody with any authority to do anything will know about.

Gabbard IS doing her job, but she’s made criminal referrals before, and Trump’s delinquent, truant, subversive DOJ simply ignores the referrals. To paraphrase a friend: “They put it on the bill. Once the files have all been declassified, the prosecutions can proceed.

Tulsi is doing Yeoman’s work! But, with these referrals from Tulsi, the DOJ will be the “true test” if President Trump has the right leadership there in the DOJ with Pam Bondi gone. Even more important, the President needs to look closely at who in his inner circles was advocating for him to fire Tulsi … because that person is a Deep State operative (maybe one of many) undermining our agenda from the inside.
