BREAKING: GOP Senators Who Refused to Support Matt Gaetz for Attorney General – Here’s the List

Matt Gaetz has withdrawn his nomination for U.S. Attorney General, a move announced Thursday following an onslaught of attacks from the Deep State and media allies. Despite receiving strong support from Trump and many in his base, Gaetz cited the need to avoid “a needlessly protracted Washington scuffle” as a key reason for stepping back.

The New York Times recently published a leaked document tied to the sham federal investigation into Gaetz—one that never produced charges, thanks to the lack of evidence. This conveniently timed leak came just after the House Ethics Committee chose not to release its report on the baseless sex trafficking allegations.
According to MSNBC, at least 5 Senate Republicans were a hard no on Gaetz!
In his statement, Gaetz said he had “excellent meetings with Senators” but noted that his confirmation was becoming a distraction to the Trump/Vance Transition. “Trump’s DOJ must be in place and ready on Day 1,” he added, reiterating his commitment to Trump’s vision of saving America.

However, at least five Senate Republicans, including Mitch McConnell, Lisa Murkowski, and Susan Collins, signaled opposition to Gaetz, effectively paving the way for his withdrawal.

The list:

Mitch McConnell (R-KY)
Lisa Murkowski (R-AK)
Susan Collins (R-ME)
Markwayne Mullin (R-OK)
Sen.-elect John Curtis (R-UT)

These RINOs once again showed their true colors, siding with the establishment instead of backing a patriot dedicated to cleaning up the swamp.

Gaetz’s withdrawal is a loss for those seeking bold leadership in the DOJ. But make no mistake—the war isn’t over. The old guard may have won this round, but Trump and his allies remain committed to delivering justice and restoring America’s greatness.

IIRC, you can add Josh Hawley, Tom Cotton, and Ted Cruz to the list. Names that surprised me when I read the report.

Do you really need it at this point? You can probably compile it yourself…
