AOC Holds Up Jar of Dirty Water Claiming It’s What Morgan County, Georgia Drinks Now Because of a Data Center — There’s a Huge Problem With Her Story (Video)

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is at it again.

The congresswoman from New York held up a jar of murky, dirty water during a recent appearance and claimed it’s what residents in Morgan County, Georgia, are now forced to drink because of a data center in the area.

She presented it as proof that big tech and data centers are destroying local water supplies.

Here’s the clip:

There’s just one massive problem with her story.

That jar wasn’t filled with tap water from anyone’s kitchen faucet. It was untreated runoff water taken from a nearby well. In other words, she grabbed a sample of raw, untreated water and tried to pass it off as what people are actually drinking every day.

If she had held up actual tap water from a Morgan County home and it looked like that, it would be a legitimate story worth investigating. But showing a jar of untreated well water and acting like it’s coming straight out of people’s sinks is misleading at best.

Data centers do use a lot of electricity and water for cooling, and there are real debates about how to manage resources responsibly. But pretending that Georgia families are drinking muddy runoff because of them is the kind of exaggeration AOC specializes in.

This is the same congresswoman who once warned that the world would end in 12 years if we didn’t act on climate change, pushed the Green New Deal that would have wrecked the economy, and constantly attacks American energy production while ignoring how data centers and modern life actually work.

President Trump has been the one pushing for all-of-the-above energy — including expanding domestic production so America can power these data centers without relying on foreign sources or crippling blackouts. While AOC performs with jars of dirty water for the cameras, Trump is focused on practical solutions that keep the lights on and the economy growing.

Morgan County residents deserve clean water and reliable power. But turning a legitimate discussion about resource management into a theatrical prop show doesn’t help anyone.

This is classic AOC: find a visual that looks scary, ignore the context, and run with the most extreme version of the story. It may get likes on social media, but it doesn’t hold up when you look at the facts.

Americans are tired of the stunts. They want real solutions, not political theater with jars of well water.

FIRST THING THERE MR.VEEN IS THAT WELL WATER SHOULDN’T LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THAT, WHICH MEANS THAT WELL HAS BEEN DISTURBED AT DEPTH DEPENDING HOW DEEP THE WELL IS. MOST WELLS PUT IN DECADES AGO WORK MOSTLY OFF OF GROUND WATER AT A 30 TO 50 FOOT DEPTH TO GET A GOOD WATER WELL IT SHOULD BE DRILLED AT 100 FOOT OR BETTER DEPENDING HOW DEEP THE WATER TABLE IS. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN D GROUND WATER AND WATER TABLES WELLS. IT A MATER OF DEPTH. BUT STILL WATER COMING OUT OF A LOCAL WELL SHOULDN’T LOOK THAT BAD.

Seems quite a lot like standing near a fence overlooking an empty parking lot with her crying face in hands. She is all lies in an attempt to force any issue.

It still behooves me as to how and why people in her congressional district even feel comfortable having such a lying, sh-thead snake as their representative. In my opinion it tells me what type of mentality the people in her district are made of – smash/ mash potato heads. Than of course you have the same mentality all through New York City.

Look, AOC is a dingbat, but if you look at Morgan County on Google Earth, you’ll see that it is a mostly rural area. Which means that it’s likely that the residents there get their water from a dug well which taps into an aquafer. If the aquafer gets contaminated then every well in the region gets contaminated. Besides, these data centers are being planned and built with alarming speed for the pure reason of supporting the expansion of AI and the collection of everyone’s personal data. I wouldn’t want one any where within a thousand miles of where I live.

We agree water quality is an important issue to us all. We also agree AOC is full of bovine excrement and is grand standing and lying like all democrats! No surprise there. Thankfully she may be back tending bar after the new Congress comes in session.
