AOC Calls For Coronavirus “Reparations” For Black And Brown People

Ocasio-Cortez today claimed that COVID-19 discriminates against minorities
She tweeted:
“COVID deaths are disproportionately spiking in Black + Brown communities,” tweeted the Democrat lawmaker. “Why? Because the chronic toll of redlining, environmental racism, wealth gap, etc. ARE underlying health conditions. Inequality is a comorbidity. COVID relief should be drafted with a lens of reparations.”

AOC provided no source to substantiate the claim that COVID-19 deaths were spiking in black or brown communities (coronavirus deaths would naturally be higher in any densely populated area), nor did she explain how the environment can be racist.
Socialist Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is on fire these days. When she opens mouth, she sinks Democrats.
On Tuesday Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez targeted Gov. Andrew Cuomo with accusation of giving “preferential treatment” to wealthier New Yorkers in response to his decision to suspend mortgage payments but not rental payments during the coronavirus outbreak.
Gov. Cuomo announced earlier this month, that the State of New York would be giving homeowners a 90-day reprieve from mortgage payments, based on financial hardship.
Homeowners will still have to make good on the payments, but they will be tacked onto the back end of their mortgage agreements, sans late fees, the governor said at the time.
“Eliminating that stressor for 90 days, I think, will go a long way,” he continued, noting that the offer could be extended beyond 90 days depending on how the fight against the spread of the virus plays out.
Apparently AOC, thought this did not go far enough because it ignores lower-income people who pay rent.
I could not ask for a better ambassador for the Democrat Socialists.
In her political career, Ocasio-Cortez has become known for making completely false statements, lying, and having a hard time understanding basic concepts and principles.
