BREAKING: Disturbing New Detail on Man Who Carried Out LA Mass Shooting Killing 8 Children – Media Will Ignore It
A horrifying new detail has emerged in the Louisiana mass shooting that left eight children dead: the gunman was the father of seven of the victims.
The shooter has been identified as Shamar Elkins. Early Sunday morning in Shreveport, Louisiana, Elkins carried out a domestic dispute that escalated into a massacre across multiple locations. He killed eight children, ages 1 to 12, seven of whom were his own. Two adult women were also shot and survived; one of them is believed to be the mother of the children and remains in critical condition after being shot in the head.
Police say the scene was extensive, spanning several sites. After the shootings, Elkins carjacked a vehicle at gunpoint and led officers on a chase into neighboring Bossier City, where he was fatally shot by law enforcement. No officers were injured.

This is one of the deadliest domestic shootings involving children in recent Louisiana history. The community is in shock, with Shreveport Mayor Tom Arceneaux saying it “rattles the entire city” and “affects us all.”
A teenager also survived the attack with non-life-threatening injuries.
The heartbreaking reality is that a father allegedly murdered seven of his own children and another child in a single morning of rage. Eight innocent kids gone forever. Two mothers (or mother figures) left fighting for their lives.
He was also arrested in March 2019 for firing multiple shots near Caddo Magnet School while children were present outside.
Elkins was arrested for illegal use of weapons and carrying a firearm on school property. He reportedly fired five shots at a car outside a Shreveport high school and later pleaded guilty to the weapons charge. The firearm charge was dismissed and Elkins was given probation instead of prison time.
He was just 300 feet away from a Shreveport high school when he fired five rounds at a car — precisely in the direction of the school — as it sped away, according to a police report obtained by the outlet.
He pleaded guilty to the illegal weapons charge in October 2019 and was placed on probation for 18 months. The firearm charge was dismissed.
Yet watch what happens next: the mainstream media will bury this story as fast as possible. Why? Because the shooter, Shamar Elkins, is black. If the races were reversed — if a white man had just slaughtered eight children, seven of them his own — this would be wall-to-wall national coverage for weeks, with endless debates about “toxic masculinity,” “gun violence,” and “systemic failures.” Instead, because it doesn’t fit the preferred narrative, the story will quietly fade away.

Family courts are basically designed to screw over the father.
Knew a kid growing up who’s mom got addicted to pain killers & became abusive.
Courts still gave her custody even though the dad was a great guy.
As an adult I also know a guy who got stuck paying child support for kids he suspected were not his & were even proven by blood test not to be.
The judge ruled that because he had lived with them he was responsible regardless.
Know of a bunch of others as well.
