It is a Outbreak movie ´s fashion Operation Northwood, (placed in cedars Creek in the movie) so they have the anti dot as it is a lab disease, may be the ebola, antrax or something like that, as I was perceiveing that Dustin Hoffman was having fun, Dust in Hoofman, so they send dust in and Hoffman was the first terror author of the history , Copellia and the Sand Man, I studied literature at the UBA, 30 years to ago to know it in Buenos Aires, so weren´t surprised, were Hoffman plays, so it is the CIA with the Pentagon, Mc Cain, Obama and Bush and Trump etc. Even Genesis with Phill Collins was singing about the sand man, so it is the Rockefeller´s Club of Rome genocidal plan for the tar sands.
