Payback Time! Soros-Funded Radio Station That Doxxed ICE Agents Gets What It Deserves!
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has initiated an investigation into San Francisco-based radio station KCBS 740 AM following allegations that it broadcasted live locations of undercover Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents during operations in San Jose. The station, which became part of a group of over 200 Audacy radio stations acquired by a Soros-backed entity last year, is under scrutiny for potentially compromising agent safety.
FCC Chairman Brendan Carr emphasized the seriousness of the situation, stating, “I want to express my thanks and appreciation to DHS and ICE agents. These law enforcement professionals are honorably serving this country and carrying out vital missions. Their safety is paramount. The FCC will hold broadcasters accountable for complying with their public interest obligations.”
The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau has dispatched a formal Letter of Inquiry to KCBS 740 AM, probing whether the station violated its FCC license terms, which mandate operations in the “public interest.” The letter highlights that the ICE agents were active in an area known for violent gang activity, underscoring the potential risks posed by the broadcast.
During the January 26 edition of “KCBS Radio Weekend News,” the station reportedly provided detailed information about unmarked vehicles and the specific locations of ICE agents conducting deportation operations. This information was initially reported by the Santa Clara County Rapid Response Network, a community defense project aimed at protecting immigrant communities from deportation threats.
As of now, Audacy has not responded to requests for comment regarding the investigation.
This incident raises significant concerns about the balance between public information and operational security for law enforcement agencies. The FCC’s investigation will determine whether KCBS 740 AM’s actions were in violation of federal regulations and its obligations to serve the public interest.

Pull their license, arrest the owner and CEO. That’s a start
A letter? Yea, that’ll scare them.
At the least, permanently pull the station’s license and prosecute the owners. Anything less is not enough.
