Video: Latino Man Tries to Burglarize Missouri Homes and Cars – Resident Pins Him to the Wall – The Twist in This Story Is the Ultimate Irony

A Missouri homeowner caught a Latino man (allegedly illegal alien) red-handed trying to break into cars and homes in the middle of the night.

The resident pinned the suspect against the side of his house and held him there until police arrived. The video of the citizen’s quick action has gone viral.

The twist in this story is the ultimate irony — and it has sparked massive outrage.

The suspect has now been identified as Oliver Valle-Ramos and he was caught in Hillsboro/High Ridge, Missouri (Jefferson County, just outside St. Louis). A few days after the homeowner pinned him and police took him into custody for the burglary attempt, Valle-Ramos was released. He then walked into a massage business complaining of neck pain, stood up, pulled his pants down, exposed himself, struck the female therapist in the face multiple times, forced her to the floor, and attempted to rape her. He was physically unable to complete the act.

Jefferson County authorities charged him with first-degree attempted rape, third-degree assault, and first-degree sexual misconduct. He is scheduled to appear in court next week.

This case has ignited fury over soft-on-crime policies and how St. Louis and surrounding areas continue to function as sanctuary jurisdictions in practice, despite statewide bans. Critics point out that a man caught mid-burglary was quickly released — only to commit an even more violent sex crime days later.

One strong reaction summed it up perfectly:
“Can we please call him the ‘CRIMINAL ILLEGAL’ that he clearly is? AMERICANS of Latin descent: Speak English; Are here legally; and Are way too smart to start spouting Spanish when stopped by cops, in a country where ICE actually enforces the law!”

This is exactly why so many Americans are fed up with soft-on-crime policies and sanctuary rules that protect criminals over citizens. A homeowner does the right thing, police take the suspect into custody, and then the system turns him loose to prey on more innocent people.

The cycle keeps repeating because politicians refuse to put public safety first.

The suspect’s exact immigration status has not been officially confirmed in public reporting. Readers should form their own conclusions and await any official updates from authorities.

These thugs get caught and are treated way too politely. I would have made sure he left my property with some healing to do, which would mean a lot of pain delivered to his rotten face and body. I HATE thieves. It’s soul shattering. Time to teach with a few black and blue bruises and maybe a split lip. Just saying.

Wrist slapping, go to jail and then walk out….are not effective means of curtailing crime…in a Citizen involved arrest or intervention to a crime, a message needs to be sent…leave the USA or the sun will not shine on your face!

If he was inside your house (“an intruder who was threatening your life” – important choice of words) you could shoot him. This still may result in various court appearances, so it’s your decision and strategy.
