He then walked into a massage business complaining of neck pain, stood up, pulled his pants down, exposed himself, struck the female therapist in the face multiple times, forced her to the floor, and attempted to rape her. He was physically unable to complete the act.

Jefferson County authorities charged him with first-degree attempted rape, third-degree assault, and first-degree sexual misconduct. He is scheduled to appear in court next week.
