– The gun is knocked out of his hand before shooting begins
– Several ICE agents are pinning him down
– One initial shot is fired, followed by at least nine more shots
Not to mention that protesting is completely within the First Amendment rights. As far as I know, nobody besides the protesters have been hurt in the protests. All the rhetoric right now directly contradicts the constitution.
Except the guy with gray jacket over his vest had already disarmed him. You can watch him go in with his hands empty, reach at the guys waist, then come out with a handgun that looks the same as what DHS says he was armed with.

in the slowed down video you can see the agent walking towards the camera had already taken his gun. he cant be trying to pull his gun at that point, he wasn’t in possession of it.
