Here Are the Feckless, Spineless Republicans Who Somehow Couldn’t Bring Themselves to Censure Ilhan Omar
It boggles the mind how some issues that should unite every decent Republican—standing against hate, defending a fallen patriot, and calling out incendiary rhetoric—still see the party splinter like cheap wood. While Democrats march in lockstep on every vote, no matter how vile, our side can’t muster the guts to take a stand against one of the most loathsome figures in Congress. A resolution to censure Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and boot her from key House committees failed Wednesday in a razor-thin 214-213 vote, with four spineless Republicans joining the left to table it. All over her despicable comments trashing Charlie Kirk barely 24 hours after his assassination by a far-left radical.
Omar’s words were pure poison: sneering that folks mourning Kirk as a civil debater were “full of s—t,” accusing them of whitewashing his “hateful rhetoric,” and reposting videos labeling him a “stochastic terrorist.” This from a woman whose own record is a dumpster fire of anti-American bile, now borderline justifying the murder of a husband, father, and conservative warrior who built Turning Point USA into a youth powerhouse fighting woke madness. It’s the kind of rhetoric that draws a straight line to the ANTIFA-engraved bullets at the crime scene—yet these Republicans couldn’t find their spines to send a message.
Who are these cowards? Reps. Mike Flood (NE), Jeff Hurd (CO), Cory Mills (FL), and Tom McClintock (CA). McClintock’s no surprise— he’s the guy who voted against impeaching Alejandro Mayorkas and censuring Adam Schiff, hiding behind “principles” like a tail-tucked dog. Mills flipped at the last second, reportedly to dodge a Dem counter-censure over unproven allegations he denies. Flood and Hurd? Just more RINOs caving to pressure, invoking “First Amendment” excuses while forgetting censure’s just a formal slap on the wrist—a “statement of disapproval.” Remember when Paul Gosar got censured for an anime video? Dems play hardball; we fold like lawn chairs.
This betrayal stings because it’s not about free speech—Omar can spew her hate all she wants; it’s about decorum from an elected official in an era of leftist “assassination culture.” With violence against conservatives spiking—this the third high-profile hit this year—and FBI probes into leftist groups for advance knowledge of Kirk’s killing, we needed unity. Instead, these feckless four let her slide, dishonoring Kirk’s memory and emboldening the radicals.
But the fight’s not over—call them out, primary the weak, and demand better. Kirk’s widow Erika vows his movement endures; with Trump blasting the “heinous” act and leaders like Stephen Miller calling to dismantle violent networks, the momentum’s ours. We’ve seen federal crackdowns crush threats; time to apply that to Congress’s cowards.
These Republicans betrayed us; make sure they pay at the ballot box. America first— no room for spineless sellouts. Honor Kirk, keep fighting.

They’ll ALL be reelected, anyway.
Time to primary all of them.
