Insanity: Biden Judge Brian Murphy Wants Trump Officials Prosecuted for Deporting Dangerous Felons to South Sudan — Here’s What They Did (PHOTOS)
Boston, MA – You won’t believe this. A Biden-appointed judge, Brian Murphy, is pushing to prosecute Trump White House officials for deporting dangerous felons to South Sudan, calling it a violation of his court order. The felons in question? Convicted murderers, kidnappers, and drug traffickers—hardly the kind of folks you’d want walking free. The story, posted on X, has racked up millions of views, and conservatives are absolutely livid. “This judge has lost his mind!” one user wrote. “Trump’s team was protecting Americans!”
The post lays out the rap sheets of four of these deportees, and it’s chilling. Enrique Arias-Hierro, a Cuban citizen, was convicted of homicide and armed robbery, sentenced to 15 years, and later hit with another 15 years for false impersonation, kidnapping, and robbery strong arm. Jose Manuel Rodriguez-Quinones, also from Cuba, racked up charges like attempted first-degree murder, battery, larceny, and cocaine trafficking. Thongxay Nilakout from Laos got life for first-degree murder and robbery. And Jesus Munoz-Gutierrez, a Mexican citizen, was convicted of second-degree murder, also sentenced to life. All were arrested by ICE between January and May 2025, part of Trump’s aggressive deportation push—88,763 since January, with a 99% drop in illegal border crossings, per DHS and CBP.
It seems that DHS won’t listen to a local judge:

Judge Murphy’s argument? He claims the deportations to South Sudan, a third country, violated his injunction against swift removals without giving migrants a chance to raise concerns about torture or persecution. But conservatives aren’t buying it. “So he’s more outraged about deporting murderers than protecting Americans?” one X user fumed. Another added, “These judges are enemies of the people—Trump’s team did the right thing!” The timing couldn’t be worse for Murphy, with crime rates still a hot-button issue; a 2024 Gallup poll showed 72% of Americans support tougher protest policing, reflecting a nation fed up with leniency.
Looking at the mugshots, you can’t help but feel a mix of anger and disbelief. These are the people Murphy’s fighting for? It’s a stark reminder of the divide in this country—between those who prioritize safety and those who seem to care more about optics. For conservatives, this is proof that only Trump’s leadership can keep America safe, no matter what activist judges like Murphy throw at him. This story isn’t going away anytime soon, and neither is the outrage.
