WATCH! Pissed Muslim Refuses ‘Racist’ Bag Check, Cop Shows Him We Don’t Mess Around In Trump’s America (VIDEO)

Hesham El-Meligy claims his rights were violated at the Staten Island Ferry terminal in St. George when he was cuffed, frisked and charged after refusing a random bag check by NYPD officers.

Hesham El-Meligy, the chairman of the Staten Island Libertarian Party and the founder of Islamic Civic Association on Staten Island, later went on Facebook to rant that his selection in the random bag check wasn’t “random” at all — that he was singled-out based on his looks.

This claim has been regarded as utterly ridiculous. “There’s no science to it, it’s like flipping a coin.

Many other people had their bags checked during that same time frame,” said Det. Kellyann Ort, a spokeswoman for the NYPD. (via Silive)

However, Egyptian-born El-Meligy continues to insist that his 4th amendment rights were violated.

How does this CAIR, ISNA and ACLU activist plant expect that we will secure our public transportation infrastructure from ISLAMIC jihadists that look a lot like him if we do not “racially profile” (Islam is not a race so please don’t be fooled by leftist propaganda lines)?

We need to stop paying these lawsuits to these phonies so that cops are not afraid of doing their jobs.

El-Meligy seems to be unaware that the law regarding random bag checks applies to EVERYONE — and that countless whites, blacks, Asians, Hispanics, and everyone in-between could be subjected to a search at any time. It’s something we ALL have to deal with. (VIDEO BELOW)

The upshot of Hesham El-Meligy’s complaint, and lawsuit if he files one is that it will make the NYPD and other law enforcement officials afraid to subject Muslims to any kind of scrutiny at all, which would allow jihadists to operate unhindered. Is that what Hesham El-Meligy wants? If not, how does he propose to stop jihadists if not by methods such as the one that inconvenienced him?

He had an option and an opportunity. His option was he could return to where he came from if he doesn’t like our laws in the USA. His opportunity was to set an example of respect for his people who wish to come to America. If you go to a foreign country expect to follow their laws and rules and regulations. Throwing temper tantrums and crying racsism is not going to work it easier on you.
