Robert Mueller Is Getting Slapped By A Charged Russian Company In New Court Filing
On Monday, attorneys for a Russian company indicted for “meddling” in the 2016 presidential election slammed Mueller’s “political” witch hunt saying Mueller’s team was out to “indict a Russian… any Russian.”
Lawyers for Concord Management and Consulting LLC slammed; claiming their clients had nothing to do with interfering in the 2016 race for the White House for either political candidate.
“The reason is obvious, and political to justify his own existence the Special Counsel has to indict a Russian — any Russian,” the lawyers wrote.
The attorneys called on US District Judge Dabney Friedrich to overturn the indictment, saying “With that information, the court can determine whether those instructions could support a motion to dismiss the facially invalid count one of the indictment.”
“The instant indictment fails to allege that the defendant knew it was acting unlawfully and that it intended to violate the underlying regulatory offenses,” the court paperwork said.
Last Wednesday, a hearing took place between the corrupt Mueller team and one of the Russian Companies they indicted for interfering with the 2016 US election, Concord Management. During the hearing, the Concord Management attorneys called the case a ‘proverbial ham sandwich’ because one of the entities indicated by the Mueller team, Concord Catering, was not in existence at the time the crimes were alleged to have taken place.
This is a disaster! The cornerstone of Mueller’s indictments is a hoax! The Democrats are so very desperate that they are so very desperate that they are making big fools of themselves. It is already evident that Mueller is making a fool of himself and anyone with a brain knows he’s only doing all of this to keep 0bama’s crimes secret for as long as possible.
What we really need is a lawyer with who will file a class action lawsuit against Robert Mueller for fraud. He’s wasting our taxpayer money on an investigation without an underlying crime.
